To cancel an order, the customer must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 702-605-0310 within 24 hours of placing the order.
If the customer is dissatisfied with the order he or she received for any reason, he or she must notify us by email at email@example.com or phone of their intent to return and/or request a refund for any products within 30 days of the date on the invoice sent with their order.
If the reason for the return is negligence on the part of DWSS (for e.g., wrong product sent or substandard product), returning the product is unnecessary. Either a refund or a replacement product may be requested. If a replacement product is requested, shipping costs will be covered by DWSS. Unfortunately, due to the prohibitive shipping costs, replacement products cannot be offered to international customers. International customers are only entitled to refunds.
If the reason for the return is an order mistake on the part of the customer (for e.g., wrong color or size) or simply a change of mind, the customer must return the product and pay the return postage, which will not be refunded. If an order arrived in a plastic mailer, the mailer can be re-used for returns. The original cost and postage will be refunded. Due to the prohibitive shipping costs, exchanges cannot be made.
All returned products must be in unwashed and unused condition, and DWSS reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet this standard. DWSS also reserves the right to reject multiple returns within a short period of time.
Any products purchased through third-party vendors, like Amazon or Zazzle, must be cancelled, returned to, or exchanged through them (refer to their cancellation, return, refund, and exchange policies on their websites.)
None of these provisions apply in cases in which "all sales are final."
Any situation that may arise that relates to these policies but is not specifically covered by them will be resolved at the sole discretion of DWSS.
