Shipping Policy

Shipping Information for U.S. Customers: DWSS offers USPS shipping. If the order is for a single t-shirt, it will be shipped by First Class Mail. All other orders will be shipped by either Parcel Post or Priority Mail. DWSS ships orders within 24-72 hours. If there is a delay in filling an order, we will advise the customer by email or phone and offer him or her the opportunity to cancel his or her order for 24 hours after contact. USPS sets its estimate of delivery time for First Class Mail at 2-8 business days, Priority Mail at 2-3 business days, and Parcel Post at 2-8 business days. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees since there may be any number of unforeseen reasons why delivery times take longer.

Shipping Information for International Customers: Customers outside of the U.S. can purchase our products through our eBay storefront. On eBay, search for seller:dwsurfshop. We utilize the Global Shipping Program for international shipping.
